We accept payments through the methods available on our website and via direct bank transfer for WhatsApp orders. All payments must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

All online payment transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy

We offer shipping within Malaysia and may offer international shipping for selected regions. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout or communicated via WhatsApp.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier service, and other factors beyond our control.

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from us are shipped at your risk. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and fragrances), we have a limited return policy:

  • Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Wrong items: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.
  • Change of mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind, as perfumes are personal hygiene products.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
